The maintenance charges of power star Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena party office roughly work out to around Rs 28 lakh a month.
There are around 10 to 12 people who work daily on providing inputs to Pawan on the political scenario. They do research on the daily happenings on the political scene in all media and provide their feedback to Pawan. Apparently, they are paid around Rs 1 lakh to Rs1.5 lakh a month.
Apart from this core team, there is other miscellaneous staff and the cumulative expenses add up to around Rs 28 lakh. Pawan Kalyan is believed to have told the employees to give their best and not be worried about their salaries or anything else.
The core team seems to be modeled along the lines of TDP where Naidu has his own bunch of reporters working daily and providing him with feedback.
Similarly, Prashant Kishore is also doing the same for YSRCP with the difference being that Prashant’s team does not restrict itself to providing inputs alone but also involves itself in strategy and campaigning.
But while funds are not a problem for TDP and YSRCP, for Jana Sena in its current avatar, every penny counts.
