Jagan blasts Pawan, questions his values

Perhaps for the first time, YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy came down heavily on power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan, who has stepped up his aggressive political campaign of late.

“It is our misfortune that we have to listen to the lengthy lectures of even people like Pawan Kalyan. Whatever he is talking is absolutely rubbish.

The man who sailed with the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Telugu Desam Party for four years is now talking about the need for special category status to AP.

Who will believe such a person who came out on to the streets just six months before elections and is giving hollow lectures?” Jagan asked.

Stating that Pawan’s talk was aimed at benefitting only TDP president and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, the YSRC president wondered whom was Pawan fooling with his statements on people’s issues.

“He comes out once in six months and tweets strange messages. It is unfortunate that we are forced to listen to even such silly statements,” he said.

Reacting to Pawan’s comments that there was no values for the YSR Congress party, Jagan wondered what values the Jana Sena Party chief was preaching.

“He changed four wives in a span of a decade. How can anybody learn values from such a person?” he asked.
