The Andhra Pradesh government has decided to give the nationwide brand Amul to supply their milk in the state.
However, fuss has started that this is going to ruin Heritage Products, the company owned by Chandrababu Naidu. Well, this is the story running in one media daily which is surprising many.
Amul is a national brand but this media company calls it a Gujarat brand. The newspaper also alleged that due to this, the state owned Vijaya Dairy and even the other local Dairy brands are going to end up with great blow.
It also added that the whole game of the government is to destroy Chandrababu’s financial backbone by tying up with a non-local company.
Few experts are now asking if that is the case then what happened to the same newspaper when the government owned Vijaya Dairy was completely trampled by Chandrababu’s government and replaced with his Heritage chain in Chittoor and other districts.
How can one company become weak if another comes? Are they implying that Heritage is that weak? Whatever it may be, at the end of the day if the competition increases and the dairy farmer gets the best price, all are happy.
