Is Pasunuri Dayakar gifted TRS ticket for ensuing bypoll for Warangal Lok Sabha seat because he designed the model of 'Telangana Talli' which resembles the features of KCR's daughter and Nizamabad MP K Kavitha?
While a lot of political debate has been happening on this issue, TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy on Saturday openly issued a statement saying that KCR gifted TRS ticket for Dayakar because he designed Telangana Tali statue which closely resembles the features of Kavita.
Everyone knows that Dayakar is an architectural engineering student from JNTU Fine Arts University, Masab Tank and he designed Telangana Talli basic design.
He has been working actively in TRS since its inception in 2001. Though his candidature was considered during earlier Assembly polls in 2009 and 2014, it could not materialise due to political equations and checks and balances then.
But the unxpected bypoll to Warangal Lok Sabha seat has given an opportunity for KCR to pay back Dayakar for Telangana Talli statue design.
Poliical analysts argue that at a time when candidates are vying to pay crores of rupees to TRS to secure tickets, the party leadership in return handed over Rs 70 lakh cheque to Dayakar to contest the polls and this proves beyond doubt that there is 'something' between KCR and Dayakar which fetched him TRS tickets with zero investment.
