Even as the entire Telugu film industry and even media world was deeply condoling the demise of legendary director Dasari Narayana Rao, his elder daughter-in-law Susheela kicked up a controversy raising doubts over his death.
Susheela, who is married to Dasari’s elder son Hari Prabhu, suddenly appeared at the Film Nagar Club where his body was placed for some time to enable his fans to pay homage, and told media that she had her own doubts over the sudden death of her father-in-law.
Susheela has been living separately from Arun for quite some time, though both of them have not got divorced yet.
“I met him only a few days ago and he was perfectly alright. He had even promised to introduce my son Narayana into films. And all of a sudden, I had to hear this sad news,” she lamented.
Susheela also raised the issue of property disputes between her and Dasari’s family.
“My father-in-law promised that he would give due share in his properties to me and my son. He told me that he had to undergo a small surgery and after that, he would settle the issue. But before doing so, he died. I have doubts over his death,” she said.
