Congress Would Have Siphoned Rs 3000 Crores

Telangana CM K Chandra Sekhara Rao has reacted strongly to the comments made by Ponnala Lakshmaiah about TRS government completing 100 days in the newly formed state.

KCR counter alleged if Congress would have been in power, it would have siphoned away Rs 3000 crores in the past three months he said.

Speaking at a election meeting in Medak district’s Narsapur, KCR said that some unwanted and bad elements came from Andhra Pradesh and they must all be shunted out he added.

KCR reiterated that he would abide by his promises and his course of action no matter what hurdles came in the way.

Amidst uproar, KCR said that all thoughts were focused around Telangana people and their welfare.

He questioned if the Congress had ever tried to tackle the issue of farm loans during its rule or otherwise. Gold included, loans up to Rs 1 lakh will be waived by TRS, he reassured.

KCR further pointed out that he had taken up various schemes for the benefit of the lower classes like doing away with taxes for auto drivers and launching of the Kalyana Lakshmi scheme for them.

KCR also accused TDP and Congress saying that both the parties never gave pensions more than Rs 200. However, he would change all that, the Telangana CM promised.
