Why Yellow Media, Opposition Silent On IT Notices To Naidu

The yellow media remains conspicuously silent regarding the IT notices sent to TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu, and the reasons for their silence are apparent.

The TDP and its leadership have maintained a resolute silence on the matter, refraining from either acknowledging or denying the notices.

Even Chandrababu Naidu himself has refrained from addressing the issue, despite its extensive coverage in the national media.

What is truly surprising, however, is the silence of the yellow media itself. Publications like Eenadu, Andhra Jyothi, and TV5 have not produced any stories on the subject. They have chosen to maintain complete silence, neither confirming nor refuting the receipt of these notices.

Equally astonishing is the absence of any response from opposition parties such as the Congress, CPI, and the CPM. Leaders from these parties have not made any statements regarding the issue. Even the Left parties have chosen to remain silent, for reasons known only to them.

It is worth noting that had these notices been directed at a leader from the ruling party or even Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, they would undoubtedly have dominated the headlines in the yellow media. The opposition parties, including the Congress and the Left, would also have made it a headline story.

The lingering question is how long the opposition and the yellow media will continue to shield Chandrababu Naidu from the consequences of his actions.
