Among the few leftover seniors of the Congress party in Telugu states, the name of Vundavalli Arun Kumar still sounds.
He is known for his political analysis and insights on various issues with his press meets. A couple of days ago, he came up with a press meet, implying "beware of BJP".
The agenda behind Vundavalli’s press meet was to give a note of caution to all those who are currently keen to join BJP.
According to him, BJP is just a puppet of the RSS ideology and it has a very fanatical approach towards ruling this country putting people of other religions at major risk.
Keeping that aside, he always loves to insist YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on fighting against BJP at the center and TRS in the inter state issues.
When asked, a senior journalist said, "It goes without saying that Vundavalli wants two things. One is attention and the other is entertainment. He feels happy if someone pays attention to his words and gets into action. And that action is something that gives entertainment to him. Here, if Jagan messes up with BJP or TRS, Vundavalli finds entertainment in it".
Though the above opinion is purely personal, it is entertaining.
On the other hand, any development or well being is possible by fair means of negotiation and friendly approach.
Vundavalli's advice is many times detrimental. Earlier he himself told that approaching the court on Margadarsi issue did not fetch him any result.
At the same time he advises YS Jagan to go to the court against BJP if there is any demand. His two tongued suggestions are quite confusing indeed.
The journalist also shared, "I am not sure if Vundavalli can get the entertainment he is expecting, but it is sure that he is giving enough entertainment to the public with his pressmeets".
He concluded saying, "Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju, the close friend of Vundavalli has been close to BJP. Vundavalli himself confessed in a Press Meet that Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju is his friend and so he cannot speak anything about him. Why can't he advise his friend to demand certain things from BJP? He won't. Vundavalli cannot even influence his friend but runs behind Jagan. He is not a solution seeker but a quarrel monger".
