Raghurama Complains To Delhi Cops On CBCID Chief

Narasarapuram MP K Raghurama Krishnam Raju had sent a complaint to Delhi police complaining against the AP CBCID chief P V Sunil Kumar.

The MP alleged that the CBCID chief had taken his mobile phone when he was arrested on May 14 and did not return or submit before the magistrate in the seized material list.

In the meanwhile, retired IAS officer P V Ramesh had posted in twitter handle alleging that some messages were being sent to his family members from the seized mobile, the MP said.

He further said that both the retired IAS officer and the CBCID chief had personal differences, which make him believe that the police officer was misusing the mobile.

The MP also alleged that the CBCID chief had manhandled him on the day of his arrest, along with some police personnel.

Taking all these into consideration, the MP wanted the DCP of Delhi Police to file cases against Sunil Kumar.

He listed Sections 119, 379, 403, 409, 418, 426, 504 and 506 of IPC against the AP CBCID chief and also sought to “invoke any other relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code” as the police deem fit and appropriate.

Interestingly, Raghurama Krishnam Raju had sent a legal notice to Sunil Kumar, accusing him of taking his mobile and not returning it nor submitting it to the court.
