Pawan To Stay Away From Dubbak Campaign

Pawan To Stay Away From Dubbak Campaign

Contrary to the reports that appeared in various sections of media, Jana Sena Party chief and power star Pawan Kalyan may not campaign for the BJP in the ongoing electioneering for by-elections to Dubbak assembly seat.

Apparently, the BJP leaders made a request with Pawan to do campaign for the party in Dubbak by-elections so that it could attract young voters.

But without even getting confirmation from him, they are understood to have leaked the news to the media, that obviously upset Pawan.

According to sources, Pawan is learnt to have made it clear to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi leadership that he would not be campaigning for the BJP and that he had no interest whatsoever in Telangana politics, at least for now.

The Jana Sena chief, who had donated Rs 1 crore to the Telangana CM relief fund towards relief measures in rain-hit areas of Hyderabad, even appreciated the good work being done by the KCR government to rescue flood victims.

It is obvious that Pawan does not want to antagonize the TRS leadership at this stage, especially since he has no stakes in Telangana. And he and his mega family have their own interests in Hyderabad.

He also reportedly told the BJP leaders that the alliance with between BJP and Jana Sena is confined only to AP, where both have a common objective.

So, Pawan’s party will fight the polls only in Andhra Pradesh directly in 2024 and he has absolutely no interest in Telangana elections.

So, the BJP has to give up hopes on Jana Sena support in Dubbak!
