Pawan Kalyan back to bashing of Jagan!

Pawan Kalyan back to bashing of Jagan!

Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan, who used to make aggressive attacks on the YSR Congress party headed by former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy before the 2024 elections, toned down his aggression a lot after coming to power along with the TDP and BJP and becoming the deputy chief minister.

Though he would occasionally mention about the corruption and other irregularities during the YSRCP regime, there were no instances of Pawan Kalyan making an aggressive attack on Jagan or other YSRCP leaders.

Very recently, Pawan made a critical comment against Jagan for the latter’s comments referencing a dialogue from the movie Pushpa-2.

“Dialogues in films are meant for the cinema halls and cannot be applied in real-life democratic systems. Everyone must abide by the law and rules,” he said.

But on Friday, Pawan appeared to back to his aggressive attack on the YSRCP and declared that he would never allow the YSRCP to return to power.

“You are now saying you’ll finish us off if you come to power in 2029. First, you need to come to power. Let’s see how you can come to power,” he challenged.

He, however, clarified that he bears no personal grudge against anyone but accused the previous government of resorting to rowdyism and intimidating the public.

Pawan said the police would definitely act strictly against anti-social elements who try to instil fear and unrest among the public.

“The coalition government will not tolerate anyone disturbing law and order, and the police have already been given clear instructions,” he said.

Pawan said the people should recognize the political motives hidden behind Jagan’s remarks. He cautioned that supporting anti-social elements is also a crime, and no one should forget this.

He called upon the authorities to crack down on those who openly threaten to break the law, making it clear that those disrupting peace will face strict action, including opening rowdy-sheets against them.

Pawan said the YSRCP’s downfall was due to its politics of fear and intimidation.

“The previous government for lacking concern for basic amenities like drinking water. He remarked that past rulers focused more on promoting rowdyism and intimidation,” he said.

He asserted that if one fears rowdies and goons, they cannot survive in politics.

“You had 151 seats, and I faced you even when I lost in two constituencies. Imagine the courage and fire in my heart and blood needed to withstand people like you,” he said.

Pawan stressed that though he came from the film industry, he doesn’t just mouth movie dialogues in politics.

“We don’t need to tear our shirts and flaunt our muscles like some people say in movies. We aren’t scared of mere slogans or noises,” he thundered.

He likened the coalition to a tightly clenched fist, stating that without unity, it cannot function effectively.

He urged leaders of the Jana Sena, TDP, and BJP to respect each other, asserting that the state would develop if the coalition sustains itself for 15 years.
