Naidu fills up more posts, ex-MLA is APCOB chairman

Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday filled up some more nominated posts, accommodating senior TDP leaders and a couple of Jana Sena Party leaders as well;

Former TDP legislator Ganni Veeranjaneyulu from Unguturu has been appointed as the chairman of the Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited (APCOB). He is presently TDP president of Eluru district.

In addition to this role, he will also take charge as the Chairman of the Eluru District Co-operative Central Bank (DCCB).

Similarly, Kamepalli Sitaramayya (TDP) as the chairman of the Prakasam DCCB. Tummala Ramaswamy (Babu) from the Jana Sena Party as the chairman of the Kakinada DCCB.

The government also issued orders appointing chairpersons and directors of various marketing societies.

Chaganti Murali Krishna (Chinna) (Jana Sena) has been appointed as the chairman of the Eluru District Co-operative Marketing Society (DCMS).

Similarly, Kasireddy Shyamala (TDP) will head the Prakasam DCMS. Another senior TDP leader P Chandramouli will serve as the chairman of the Kakinada DCMS.

The Naidu government has already filled up more than 200 nominated posts.

While the TDP got the lion’s share in these posts, a few Jana Sena Party leaders and a couple of BJP leaders were also given postings in various corporations, cooperative societies and marketing societies.
