Konatala's 'No' To Sharmila's Invitation

Konatala's 'No' To Sharmila's Invitation

The position of Congress PCC president has not yet been secured, but it appears that Sharmila, who recently joined the Congress, is beginning her political journey in Andhra Pradesh.

It seems she is reaching out to her father's loyal followers, wherever they may be, in an effort to connect with those distanced from the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP).

In line with this, it is reported that she reached out to former MP and ex-minister Konatala Ramakrishna, expressing her desire to meet.

During their conversation, she inquired about his well-being, briefly discussed her future activities, and suggested having a conversation together.

However, it appears that Konatala Ramakrishna politely declined the invitation. Reportedly, Ramakrishna conveyed that he had severed ties with the YS family. Sharmila acknowledged this but expressed her wish to discuss matters further.

From this perspective, it seems as though Sharmila has compiled a list of individuals dissatisfied with the YSRCP and potential candidates who can be utilized by the Congress. It can be inferred that she is receiving guidance on how to navigate her political journey in Andhra Pradesh.

Sharmila seems to be actively implementing suggestions provided by senior members within the Congress who observe party affairs from behind the scenes in Andhra Pradesh.
