Andhra Jyothy Exposes Reality Of Amaravati's Realty

Andhra Jyothy has revealed the harsh truth about Andhra Pradesh’s real estate, particularly in Amaravati.

It wrote that in Pre-2019 era, the emerging capital thrived, with bustling sub registrar offices in Mangalagiri, Mandadam and Thulluru.

However, YSRCP’s 2019 win and their three capital model crushed Amaravati’s real estate market, halting its momentum; but shocking thing is that the anticipated revival under the 2024 alliance government has not materialized.

"Despite 15 months of Alliance rule, Andhra Jyothy notes the pre-2019 vibrancy is missing. Even with rock bottom prices, buyers remain absent and the market stagnates" Andhra Jyothy continued to mention.

This is, in fact, a blatant truth that Amaravathi is not at all gaining momentum. The irony is that the ministers, MLAs, deputy CM and CM are also spending their weekends in Hyderabad many times.

When they themselves are not seeing Amaravathi as the happiest place to live in, then how can they expect the real boom to come?

Not knowing what to answer, the Alliance leaders are stating that the buyers are afraid that YCP may come to power again and that's why the real boom is not happening.

If they say this, there wouldn’t be a bigger shame than that, because as rulers they should give the strong impression that YCP is not going to come again as that they rule the best.
