Here is an interesting anecdote. Tammareddy Bhradwaja and Chiranjeevi were in Chennai. They had dinner and kept on talking about many issues till 4 am in the morning.
They finally left for home in a car. Bharadwaja was at the steering. But all of a sudden a cyclist came in the way and Bharadwaja hit the cyclist with the car. The cyclist fell down and sustained minor injuries.
The guy started making a big hue and cry. Bhardwaja and Chiranjeevi lifted him and put him in the car and started driving towards the hospital. But the man was shouting all the time despite several warnings. Bharadwaja was so fed up with the nuisance created by this guy that he immediately stopped the car and shoved a 20 rupee note into his hands and asked him to get down. The guy took the money and went away happily.
Bharadwaja recalled this incident in a TV program. The incident took place some 25 years ago on the road between AVM Studios and Bharani Studios in Chennai.
