Ravi Kondala Rao is the writer cum actor who was very active till two decades ago. He shared a moment that frightened him a lot.
In his words, "I was called on by a producer to play a full length comedy role in a film the initial days of my career. I felt very happy and jumped in excitement to meet that producer. After meeting him he asked me if I have no fear of snake. I kept white face and asked him why. He told me that my role was to wear a snake on neck through out. Listening to that, I ran away from the sets. But afterwards I came to know that no comedian could dare to do that role and hence the snake aspect was removed. Had I waited for some time there, I would have played that role as snake element is not there. But that role has gone to somebody else".
Such things sound normal while they are happening but now sound nostalgic and interesting as time passes away.
