Will 'Hanu Man' Cross This Milestone?

Will 'Hanu Man' Cross This Milestone?

After surprising everyone with the performance, Teja Sajja’s HanuMan has finally slowed down at the worldwide box office.

Globally, it’s the only Indian film after Fighter to hit the 200 crore milestone, but unfortunately, the dream of entering the 300 crore club might remain unachieved as the film is on the verge of exhaustion.

Directed by Prasanth Varma, the superhero flick premiered on 12th January, with paid previews held on 11th January.

The strategy of paid previews proved beneficial, as positive word-of-mouth propelled the film to success from its opening day. This tactic proved effective in gaining traction against formidable competition, such as Mahesh Babu's "Guntur Kaaram."

After a theatrical run of 33 days, daily collections have dwindled to below 1 crore. As of the latest update, the film has garnered 235.35 crores gross, securing a blockbuster verdict.

In the overseas market, "HanuMan" has achieved significant success, amassing a gross of 57 crores to date. When combining both Indian and overseas earnings, the film's total worldwide box office stands at 292.35 crores.

Moving forward, "HanuMan" may see an additional 5 crores at most, bringing the lifetime collection to approximately 298 crores gross.

While a miraculous surge or sustained trend could potentially push the film to the 300 crore mark, such an outcome appears unlikely.
