Watch: Arjun Opens Up About His Film Struggles

Senior actor, director and producer Arjun has spoken about the difficulties a film faces when a hero walks out midway.

Arjun revealed that he went through a tough phase while trying to make a film to introduce his daughter to Tollywood.

Arjun said he personally wrote a strong story, invested his own money, and decided to direct the film himself. He roped in Vishwak Sen as the lead actor.

The project was launched in a grand manner, with Pawan Kalyan giving the clap. Everything seemed set, and the film even went on floors.

However, things took an unexpected turn when Vishwak Sen suddenly exited the project. From that moment, Arjun said his real troubles began.

“After the actor left, I tried approaching many Telugu heroes. But once a film starts and then stops, most actors hesitate to step into that role. That feeling is natural. I didn’t force anyone, but I did try,” Arjun explained.

He described the fallout with Vishwak Sen as just another life experience.

“In life, many things happen. This was one of them. We had differences of opinion, that’s all. Just like fingers on a hand are not the same, people are also different,” he said.

Arjun added that it took nearly six to seven months to finalise the lead actor initially, but things still did not work out. Later, he decided to cast a new face for the role.

Finally, Arjun completed the film by introducing the son of Kannada star Upendra as the hero.

Looking back, Arjun said he firmly believes that whatever happens in life ultimately happens for the good.
