Venkatesh prefers remakes. He hardly signs original movies. Although he agreed to collaborate with ‘Pelli Choopulu’ Tharun Bhascker, the film has not materialized. Tharun is now making a film with newcomers.
Our sources say Venkatesh is evincing interest to work with another young director. ‘Jathi Ratnalu’ director Anurag recently met Venkatesh and narrated a story idea.
Anurag wrapped the shooting of Telugu-Tamil bilingual with Siva Karthikeyan. Titled ‘Prince’, the film releases for Deepavali.
So, Anurag wants to take up Venky’s film in December.
After “F3”, the senior actor has not announced any new Telugu film yet. He is playing an important role in Salman Khan’s Bollywood film, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
