Telugu producers are showing unprecedented urgency to announce release dates. Several of the movies that include “Pushpa”, “Virata Pravam”, “Ghani”, “F3”, “Uppena”, “A1 Express”, “Love Story”, and “RRR” have revealed their release plans.
But director Krish is not coming up with the announcement of the title or release date of his movie that he had wrapped two months ago.
Krish had directed a small film featuring Vaishnav Tej of “Uppena” and Rakul Preet Singh as the lead pair. Based on a Telugu novel, the off-beat drama has received a better deal from two OTT companies.
Aha and Amazon have offered handsome prices for direct-digital release. However, Krish wants to take a call after seeing the box-office result of “Uppena”.
If the film becomes a huge hit, Krish will announce a theatrical release for this movie. If not, he will sign the deal with OTT companies.
