Megastar Chiranjeevi graced Uppena pre-release function to bless his nephew Vaishnav Tej and also the entire cast and crew of the film.
He started his speech thanking Telugu audience for showing their love again after the theatres re-opened.
He jokingly said that he might leak the entire story, if he speaks about the film.
“Producers, you don’t worry, I won’t be revealing anything about the film. Buchi Babu came to narrate me the story along with Sukku and I was really amazed. The emotions were pure. I seriously couldn’t find anything wrong. However, I was worried how a crucial point in the film will be narrated convincingly. He could deliver, what he promised. I thought of conducting a press meet, after I heard the story. It is not an exaggeration to say this is a visual extravaganza. This film indeed is an example for perfect screenplay writing. The making style of Buchi Babu reminded me of Bharathi Raja in 80’s and 90’s. He used to make such rustic films.
Vijay Sethupathi is a great human being. He’s very humble and committed. He’s a versatile actor of India. He didn’t stick to lead roles. In fact, his acceptance is the first step for the film’s success. He took the film to next level.
Krithi Shetty was exceptional. I came to know that she has already signed 2 to 3 films. She will soon become a superstar.
Vaishnav Tej is a pride to our family. He excelled in the role. Vaishnav did a small role in Johnny and then did important role in Shankar Dada MBBS. He played the role of chair-bound child.
