Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has revealed that his long-awaited dream project, Mahabharata, might be his final film.
Speaking on a podcast with Raj Shamani, Aamir shared his deep emotional connection with the epic, saying, “It has layers, emotion, scale — everything. Whatever exists in the world, you’ll find it in the Mahabharata. I hope to keep working till my last breath, but honestly, after doing this, I might be emotionally spent and unable to act anymore.”
Reports suggest the ambitious project is currently in pre-production, with plans to begin filming next year.
Meanwhile, Aamir’s next film, Sitare Zameen Par, is set to hit theatres on June 20.
