Top 5: It's A Romantic Week

1. Romantic: The film starring Akash and Ketika on the banner of Puri Jagannath pulled the attention of a set of young audience.

The teenagers and the hard core fan base of Puri Jagannath have become the patrons for this film giving impressive openings.

The film sustained even in the next two days at the box office pushing back the other simultaneous release Varudu Kaavalenu.

The film shunned by the matured audience but embraced by the youngsters of age below 25 years. 

2. Varudu Kaavalenu: Though released amidst some expectations appealing to the family crowds there is no much patronage from them.

Had the film been released during the Dussehra time, the traction would have been better.

The word of mouth publicity is also not so good for the film and so the run was slowed down on the first day itself. The film has Naga Shourya and Ritu Varma in the main leads. 

3. Most Eligible Bachelor: This Dussehra release starring Akhil Akkineni and Pooja Hegde got mixed response on the first day but due to the star cast and the eventual post release publicity pulled the audience to theatres making it collect some considerable numbers.

The film finished its third week run and now the collections have come down drastically. 

4. Pelli SandaD: The film made as a tribute to 1996 Pelli Sandadi with the actors Roshan Meka and Srileela pulled the family audience to theaters at the B and C centers.

Though the film failed to entice the urban audience in big cities, it could make its hay in towns. The timing of the release helped the film to bag some collections. 

5. Varun Doctor: This surprise hit on Telugu screen though a dubbed film has been pulling the traction of the audience from many weeks.

The film is being liked by mature audience and the humor lovers. It is in fact in the top list even in this week. Though the collections have come down, it is still sustaining in theatres in its way.
