The Kashmir Files Shortlisted For Oscars

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has come out with a list of 301 feature films eligible for the Oscars.

Freshly, the sensational film The Kashmir Files is shortlisted, along with three other Indian films RRR, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and Kantara.

The Kashmir Files garnered tremendous praise and was surrounded by controversies since it was released in cinema halls.

The movie directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri starred veteran actor Anupam Kher in a significant role. The film was produced jointly by Abhishek Agarwal alongside the director.

Pallavi Joshi, Darshan Kumaar, and Mithun Chakraborty played other important roles in the movie which presents a heart-wrenching tale that captures the pain, suffering, and struggle of the Kashmiri Pandit community in 1990.
