Satyadev-starrer Thimmarusu, directed by Sharan Koppisetty and produced by Mahesh S Koneru and Yarabolu Srujan, has gained the distinction of the first Telugu film to hit the screens post the second wave of Covid-19.
The film bankrolled under East Coast Productions, S Originals, will be released on July 30. Makers are planning to launch the trailer very soon.
Priyanka Jawalkar and Ajay have also played key roles in Thimmarusu, which comes after Satyadev's recent hit Uma Maheswara Ugra Roopasya
Music for Thimmarusu is composed by Sricharan Pakala. The titular character named after Mahamanthri Thimmarusu of the Vijayanagara Empire.
