The success of Mirai has brought immense satisfaction to young star Teja Sajja.
The film not only cemented his position in Telugu cinema but also expanded his market overseas, particularly in North America.
Mirai has already crossed $2.8 million and is on track to touch the $3 million milestone, making Teja one of the few Telugu stars to have two films grossing over $3 million in the region.
On the domestic front, he was hoping to crack the Hindi market with this film. While the Hindi version collected around ₹16 crore, it fell short of his expectations.
Still, Teja takes it positively, noting that the film at least established his opening potential in Bollywood.
Looking ahead, he wants to be more strategic with his next project, Zombie Reddy 2. His aim is to replicate the magic and maintain consistency in delivering hits.
He observes that many stars score blockbusters but fail to follow them up, often slipping into a streak of flops.
Teja Sajja is determined not to repeat that pattern. He has made it clear that he is in no rush to release his next film.
Instead, he plans to take enough time to ensure better quality and sustain the momentum he has built.
