Producer Satish Varma of Naandhi fame is coming up with his second movie Nenu Student Sir! which is arriving on June 2nd. The film featuring Ganesh is directed by Rakhi Uppalapati.
The producer in his exclusive interview with greatandhra.com shared his journey before entering the industry and also about the movie Nenu Student Sir.
“I actually planned to make a movie with Bellamkonda Srinivas. In the process, Krishna Chaitanya pitched me the idea of Nenu Student Sir! Bellamkonda Suresh felt it would be apt for his second son Ganesh. That’s how the movie happened.”
The title Nenu Student Sir grabbed everyone’s attention.
“I wanted a title that will have a wider reach. Ring was the working title for the movie. Allari Naresh suggested to look for the title from the story or dialogues. We considered Sir, Nenu Student. Then, when I met Naresh again, he told me Nenu Student Sir would sound better. We too liked it.”
The producer says the second half will be more engaging.
“Hero unfolds all the mysteries, one after the other. As not to disturb the flow, we didn’t include a single song in the second half. The suspense over the villain will be continued till the last minute. It’s tough to guess, till the end.”
Satish informs that he will next be doing a sports backdrop movie with Bellamkonda Srinivas. Watch the full interview here:
