Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has bought a new luxury apartment in Mumbai, adding another premium property to her name.
According to reports, Shreya Ghoshal, along with her mother Shamishtha Ghoshal and father Biswajit Ghoshal, has purchased an apartment in Worli for ₹29.70 crore.
As per property registration details reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment is located in Godrej Trilogy, Worli, one of Mumbai’s most premium residential locations.
The flat has a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq ft and a total area of 2,750.28 sq ft. It also comes with three car parking spaces.
The property deal was officially registered on April 1, 2026.
The transaction reportedly involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.78 crore, along with registration charges of ₹30,000.
Shreya Ghoshal is one of India’s most popular and celebrated playback singers.
She rose to fame after winning the reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and made her major Bollywood breakthrough with Devdas, where songs like Bairi Piya brought her widespread recognition.
Born to Biswajit Ghoshal, an electrical engineer, and Shamishtha Ghoshal, a postgraduate in literature, Shreya has gone on to build a highly successful singing career across multiple languages and film industries.
With this latest purchase, she has now added a prestigious Worli address to her Mumbai lifestyle.
