Shiva Rajkumar To Learn Telugu For Gummadi Narsaiah

Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar who is playing a crucial role in Ram Charan’s Peddi leads the biopic Gummadi Narsaiah, portraying the CPI leader who served five terms as Yellandu MLA, supporting the poor while cycling to the Assembly. 

The film's launching ceremony unfolded grandly today, in Palvancha, attended by Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and other dignitaries.

Geetha Shivarajkumar gave the first clap, with the minister switching on the camera.

Debut director Parameshwar Hivrale is bringing the life of Gummadi Narsaiah to the big screen. It is produced by N Suresh Reddy under Pravallika Arts Creations.

Shiva Rajkumar shared personal resonance, comparing Narsaiah to his father Dr. Rajkumar.

“I’m proud to portray such a noble man. My father also served people like how Gummadi Narsaiah helped his people. I’m learning Telugu to dub for myself and hope this film inspires political leaders.”

Gummadi Narsaiah urged systemic change through honesty, hoping the film spreads his simple beliefs rather than glorifying him.

The film’s first-look and motion poster have already created buzz, and Shiva Rajkumar’s portrayal is being widely appreciated, raising anticipation among Telugu audiences.
