Ramanaidu Studio Decked Up for Rana's Wedding

Ramanaidu studio has been closed for shootings of film, web series, and serials. The studio in Filmnagar is now being decorated for a lavish wedding ceremony.

Rana Daggubati and his fiancée Miheeka will wed at specially created mandapam in this studio.

Rana and Miheeka got engaged in May. Their wedding will take place on 8th August.

The ceremony was initially planned to hold in luxurious Taj Falaknuma palace but with the spike in corona cases in Hyderabad, both the families of Daggubati and Bajaj have changed their plans.

It will be an intimate wedding ceremony with only family and friends attending it.

Rana's father Daggubati Suresh Babu said, “There will not be more than 30 people present at the wedding. We want to limit the guest list to just family and we haven’t invited even some of our closest friends, within and outside the film industry. The reality is that Covid-19 cases continue to rise and we don’t want our celebrations to risk anybody’s health, so I want to set the right example. The ceremony will be small but beautiful.”

The families intend to create a bio-secure bubble complete with sanitisers across the venue and social distancing in place.

“Everybody who will attend the wedding will get tested for Covid-19. We will also keep sanitisers across the venue and maintain social distance. It’s a happy occasion and we want to make it a safe one too,” Babu added in a statement to media.
