The latest update? The film has reportedly created the most expensive set in Indian cinema history. A lavish replica of ancient Varanasi has been constructed at Hyderabad’s Ramoji Film City to facilitate an extended shoot schedule.
Sources reveal that the set cost a staggering ₹50 crore — more than double the previous record held by Devdas, which spent around ₹20 crore on its iconic sets.
