Puri Jagannath Is Full Safe With 'Liger'

'Liger' flopped miserably at the box office. The buzz before the release was on the summit but the result touched the nadir. As a result the film Jana Gana Mana was also shelved.

We mentioned that the hero of the film told Charmme to keep 'Jana Gana Mana' away right after the next day of release. Finally that has come true.

Now Puri Jagannath is scouting for his next film. There are some attempts in the industry to bring out the combination of Puri and Chiru. But here Megastar is keen on doing it on different banner, whereas Puri wishes to make it on PC Connects.

The close sources of Puri Jagannath say that the profit earned on 'Liger' with the pre release sale is much bigger than the losses incurred.

As per the reliable source the total loss is not more than Rs 60 Cr which is lesser than the total sum earned.

Grapevine says that Puri may have to pay back only to two distributors in the Hindi belt, Warangal Srinu and NV Prasad in the Telugu states. In spite of all this, Puri will be still on the plus side, as per the talk.

That way he is safe with 'Liger', though it's a disaster at the box office.
