Rebel Star Prabhas’ much-awaited Pan-India spectacle Fauzi has been building solid momentum- first with its arresting pre-look poster and then with a striking title poster that further fuelled curiosity.
The film, backed by Mythri Movie Makers, is progressing at a brisk pace, with shoot and post-production moving in tandem.
It is heard that, Fauzi is gearing up for a grand Dussehra release, one of the most lucrative festive windows for Pan India releases.
Prabhas is said to have allotted his dates wholly for Fauzi, until the shoot is completed. The visuals and the technical aspects of the film are expected to leave everyone in awe.
Set in the pre-Independence era, the story casts Prabhas as a formidable spy- an avatar hinted at through the posters and powerful descriptors.
His character is said to mirror Partha, embody the courage of Karna, and fight with the self-made mastery of Ekalavya. The tagline A Battalion Who Walks Alone, encapsulates his lone-warrior aura.
The film features Imanvi as the female lead, while director Hanu Raghavapudi is reportedly mounting the drama on an ambitious scale, crafting a heroic portrayal for Prabhas.
With the extended holiday period, Dussehra timing is expected to give Fauzi a strong theatrical edge.
