During a recent interview, Kriti Sanon, an actress, discussed the biases that exist within the film industry.
She shared how some of her peers had told her that marrying within the profession was not an option for her.
Despite being initially taken aback, Kriti didn't take their comments seriously and laughed them off. She expressed surprise that people of her generation still hold such beliefs.
Kriti has numerous projects in the works, including Rhea Kapoor's The Crew, in which she co-stars with Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh, and Tabu.
She will also reunite with Tiger Shroff for the action film Ganapath, directed by Vikas Bahl, set for release this year. Additionally, she will appear in an untitled film with Shahid Kapoor.
Kriti's upcoming film Adipurush, directed by Om Raut, will feature her as Janaki, alongside Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan.
It is an adaptation of the Ramayana and is set to release on June 16.
