South Indian cinema’s Lady Superstar, Nayanthara, has built an empire estimated at over ₹200 crore — extending far beyond her film career into luxury real estate, aviation, and business ventures.
In 2021, Nayanthara and her husband, filmmaker Vignesh Shivan, moved into a 16,500 sq ft mansion in Chennai’s posh Poes Garden.
The house features a 1,500 sq ft spa-style bathroom, home theatre, private gym, pool, and expansive glass windows.
She also owns properties across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Dubai — valued at over ₹100 crore, according to Magicbricks. She even gifted her parents a high-end apartment.
Her luxury vehicle collection includes BMW 5 and 7 Series, Mercedes GLS 350D, and a ₹50-crore private jet.
Nayanthara is also a co-founder of The Lip Balm Company, which has launched over 100 products and gained recognition in India’s beauty sector.
Beyond that, she’s invested in a Chennai-based snack-and-tea chain and reportedly entered the UAE oil market with a ₹100-crore venture.
Her production banner, Rowdy Pictures, co-owned with Vignesh, has gained critical acclaim with National Award-winning Koozhangal, Netrikann, and Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal.
The banner is valued at around ₹50 crore, underscoring her stature as not just a screen icon, but a business mogul.
