
Hombale Films and Kleem Productions have officially unveiled the Mahavatar Cinematic Universe (MCU), a visionary animated franchise chronicling the ten divine avatars of Lord Vishnu.
The ambitious saga will unfold over 12 years, beginning with Mahavatar Narsimha in 2025 and culminating in the climactic Mahavatar Kalki Part 2 in 2037.
Directed by Ashwin Kumar, Mahavatar Narsimha will arrive in 3D and five Indian languages on 25th July, this year.
Mahavatar Parshuram is the second from the series planned for 2027 release, followed by Mahavatar Raghunandan in 2029, Mahavatar Dwarkadhish in 2031, Mahavatar Gokulananda in 2033, Mahavatar Kalki Part 1 in 2035, and finally Mahavatar Kalki Part 2 in 2037.
More than just a cinematic universe, Mahavatar is designed as a cross-platform mythological odyssey, expanding into graphic novels, digital storytelling, immersive gaming, and exclusive collectibles.
Every avatar’s tale will be experienced not just in theatres but through interactive adventures that speak to audiences of all ages.
