Actor Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh’s latest film Malli Pelli, which made enough noise during its theatrical release, is released on OTT platform.
Initially, makers planned to stream the film in two major OTT platforms Aha and Amazon prime.
In a shocking turn of events, Naresh's ex-wife, Ramya Raghupathi, has approached the Kukatpally Family Court to block the release of 'Malli Pelli' in both OTT platforms.
Ramya alleges that the movie intends to defame her character, and she is seeking legal intervention to prevent its release on OTT.
Amazon prime video didn't released the film on its OTT platform but Aha is streaming the film on the OTT platform. Looks like the controversies will not end for this film.
The movie is heavily inspired from the real life incidents of Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh.
The film also stars Jayasudha, Sarath Babu, Vanitha Vijayakumar, Ananya Nagella, Roshan, Ravi Varma, Annapoorna, Bhadram, Yukta, Praveen Yandamuri, and Madhoo.
The movie is produced by Actor Naresh on Vijaya Krishna Movies banner, with music composed by Suresh Bobbili and Arul Dev.
