Nagarjuna Akkineni has been keeping a low profile lately, with no recent projects as a lead actor. His last film, Naa Saami Ranga, was released 18 months ago.
However, that’s about to change, as he is set to return with two major theatrical releases.
His first release will be Kuberaa, starring Dhanush and directed by Sekhar Kammula.
Scheduled to hit theaters on June 20, the film features Nagarjuna in a prominent role as a former Mumbai cop. He is expected to actively participate in promotional events throughout June.
Next, he will appear in Superstar Rajinikanth’s Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
Nagarjuna plays a significant and unique role in this highly anticipated pan-Indian film, which is slated for release on August 14.
After a short break, Nagarjuna will return to television as the host of the upcoming season of Bigg Boss.
From June through September, Nagarjuna is set for a strong comeback with a packed schedule across both films and television.
