Megastar Chiranjeevi cut short his shooting schedule of “Godfather” in the wake of controversy over his brother Pawan Kalyan’s recent speech.
The film’s shooting has been progressing in Ooty in Tamilnadu. As per the schedule, he should continue acting until 28th September, but he could not stay there.
Chiranjeevi returned to Hyderabad on Monday. He requested the makers to plan the remaining shoot in Hyderabad.
Insiders say he was deeply hurt by the recent developments. He had been working closely with the Andhra Pradesh government and sorted out the issue of ticket rates as well.
He was confident that the YS Jagan government would release a new G.O for the hiked ticket prices.
When things were smoothly taking place, Pawan Kalyan’s speech spoiled it. His brother’s irrational behavior pained him.
He was not in the mood to work peacefully with the developments here. So, he returned to Hyderabad.
