Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom recently began its promotional campaign with the release of its first song, “Hridayam Lopala,” aiming for a theatrical release on May 30.
However, fresh buzz suggests that producer A M Ratnam is under pressure from an OTT partner to release Hari Hara Veera Mallu before the end of the summer holiday season.
As a result, Ratnam is now considering May 30 as a potential release date for Hari Hara Veera Mallu as well.
Interestingly, Kingdom producer Naga Vamsi shares a close rapport with Pawan Kalyan and reportedly wouldn’t object if the star insists on releasing his film on May 30.
Moreover, Vamsi is known for frequently altering release dates — none of his recent productions have released on their initially announced dates.
This has led to ongoing uncertainty about the final release dates of both Kingdom and Hari Hara Veera Mallu.
For Vijay Deverakonda, Kingdom is a crucial film, especially after a series of underwhelming box office performances.
Meanwhile, for A M Ratnam, releasing Hari Hara Veera Mallu is financially critical, as he aims to ease the burden of this long-delayed project.
