Ketika Sharma has been part of the Telugu film industry for a while, but success had eluded her — until now.
Almost all her previous films, including Bro starring Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej, failed at the box office.
Even her much-hyped item number “Idi Dha Surprise” from Robinhood didn’t do much to boost her career.
However, she has finally scored her first hit—unexpectedly. Ketika played one of the female leads in the recently released film Single, opposite Sree Vishnu.
Though her character doesn’t get a positive ending in the story, her performance in a non-glamorous role earned her praise.
Ketika is now celebrating this breakthrough and is actively participating in the film’s promotions.
The success came as a pleasant surprise to her, especially since she had placed very little hope in this project.
