The producers of "Kalki 2898 AD" have reportedly decided not to postpone the film for an extended period.
The original release date for the film was May 9, 2024. They are currently planning to reschedule it for the last week of May.
The new date is currently set for May 30th, ensuring that the film will be released well ahead of the election results on June 4th.
With Kamal Haasan's "Indian 2" slated for release on June 13th, the makers of "Kalki 2898 AD" are maintaining a two-week gap between the two films.
While Prabhas plays the hero in "Kalki 2898 AD," the legendary Kamal Haasan portrays the main villain in a role similar to a guest appearance.
Once “Kalki 2898 AD” is released, Prabhas will be able to freely plan the release dates of other movies currently in production, including “The Rajasaab” and “Salaar 2”.
