Japan's Role Is Serious, But His Actions Generate Fun

Hero Karthi’s milestone 25th film Japan under the direction of Raju Murugan created curiosity with its intriguing promos.

SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu produced the movie on Dream Warrior Pictures and this is their sixth movie with the star. This, however, is the second movie for the production house with the director.

SR Prabhu says Japan is a character-based movie. “Writer and director Raju Murugan's ideas are very unique. Raju Murugan's way of looking at society and the way he narrates his stories are unique. His movies make you think while laughing. Karthi loved the story of the movie.”

The production house has been making different movies from the beginning. “We’re really happy to make films that are different from each other and getting the audience's appreciation gives me great joy as a producer.”

The producer says Karthi’s character will become more famous after the release of the movie. “Japan's role is serious. But his actions generate fun. The way he looks at something and the way he talks gives good entertainment to the audience.”

The film Japan is set for its theatrical release for Diwali on November 10th.
