'Guntur Kaaram': Story Lifted From 'Keerti Kireetalu' Novel?

We are aware of how Trivikram lifted Vijaya Nirmala's 'Meena' movie which based on Yeddanapudi Sulochana Rani's novel, for making "A Aa".

Without giving credit to the original writer and filmmaker, he made his film silently. Subsequently, when Sulochana Rani filed a case, he approached her to settle the issue.

Later he also copied old "Inti Donga" movie and rebooted it to make "Ala Vaikunthapuramulo". Though the was a commercial hit, the netizens trolled Trivikram for grabbing crores of remuneration in spite of no capacity to something original.

Now as per sources, Trivikram didn't work much for 'Guntur Kaaram' as well but simply lifted one of Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani's novels again. Unfortunately she is no more now.

According to reliable sources, Trivikram is alleged to have copied from Yaddanapudi's novel 'Keerti Kireetalu' for the storyline of 'Guntur Kaaram.'

The narrative follows the female protagonist whose life is as colorful as a rainbow, adorned with the hues of fame, fortune, beauty, wealth, family, love, and affection. However, just like the tiny life of a rainbow, hers is also short-lived. The unfolding events after this pivotal moment shape the rest of the story.

We will have to wait until 12th January to know to what extent these allegations hold true.

If this is true, we are also yet to know if the due credit is given to Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani for original story and whether the rights were procured legally from the publisher or the legal heirs of the deceased writer.
