GlobeTrotter: Kenyan Secretary Confirms Full Details

The team of GlobeTrotter, starring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra, has been in Kenya for over a week, filming crucial portions.

Yet, the unit has so far remained tight-lipped, offering no official update on the progress.

Now, confirmation has come from none other than Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary, Musalia W. Mudavadi.

Taking to X.com, he revealed that the film’s shooting is underway in the country.

He also shared photographs of director S.S. Rajamouli, producer K.L. Narayana, and S.S. Karthikeya meeting him.

“Rajamouli, with a career spanning over two decades, is renowned for weaving together powerful narratives, groundbreaking visuals, and deep cultural resonance.

His team of 120 crew members chose Kenya after an extensive scouting tour across East Africa, settling on our nation as the primary filming destination where nearly 95% of the African scenes are being shot,” he wrote.

GlobeTrotter is an ambitious adventure thriller, with Rajamouli currently filming wildlife sequences featuring Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra against the rich backdrop of Kenya’s landscapes.
