Narappa is the film that made some hungama in recent times. Suresh Babu sold out this film to direct release on OTT which attracted some criticism from the exhibitors and distributors in both the Telugus states.
Suresh Babu took this decision owing to the pandemic and theatres closure.
But now as the theatres are getting reopened and the crowds are also expected reasonably, either to correct his image by heeding to the pressure he is negotiating to take back the film from the OTT as it is not streamed yet.
Sources say that the concerned OTT platform is also positive to this decision of Suresh Babu. But the presenter of the film Thanu is not convinced with the theatrical release.
Venkatesh is trying to convince Thanu on this by offering to give back his remuneration in the case of any loss.
