After scoring decent success with “Nari Nari Naduma Murari” during Sankranthi, Sharwanand appears to be riding high on confidence.
Close on the heels of that hit, trade circles are optimistic that his upcoming film “Biker” could deliver another strong result at the box office.
Reflecting this confidence, top producer-distributor Dil Raju, along with Shirish, has acquired the Telugu States theatrical rights of Biker for a whopping ₹23 crore.
The deal is considered significant given the current market conditions and the film’s scale.
“Biker” is an emotional father-son drama set against the backdrop of professional bike racing.
Veteran actor Dr. Rajasekhar plays Sharwanand’s father in the film, and their emotionally charged sequences are said to be one of the major highlights.
The film is directed by Abhilash Kankara, best known for the acclaimed web series “Loser,” and is produced by UV Creations. The teaser has already received a positive response, raising expectations further.
With Dil Raju coming on board as distributor, “Biker” has gained additional buzz ahead of its planned April release.
