Director Indraganti Mohana Krishna made a name for himself by doing low budget light-hearted entertainers.
He made an attempt at the commercial cinema with V starring Nani and Sudheer Babu. It is a big movie compared to Indraganti’s previous works, but he couldn’t live up to the expectations.
V turned out to be a massive disappointment from the talented filmmaker. Film analysts say that it would have been a big failure had it released in theaters.
Indraganti was planning to launch a big-budget movie with Dil Raju before V was out on Amazon Prime. He reportedly quoted Rs 60 to Rs 70 Cr budget and Dil Raju was okay with it until V was released.
After seeing the response to V, the ace producer has asked Indraganti Mohana Krishna to come up with an idea that can be done on a relatively lesser budget.
Mohana Krishna was supposed to make a movie with Naga Chaitanya, but he has finalized a movie with Vikram Kumar for Dil Raju’s production.
Therefore, the versatile filmmaker should now find the right script and the right hero to launch his next.
