Deepika Padukone, who recently became a mother, is reportedly facing career setbacks, with speculation that she may be dropped from Kalki 2, starring Prabhas.
This comes shortly after reports claimed she was removed from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit due to alleged disagreements.
According to industry sources, Deepika’s request for shorter working hours post-maternity is said to be creating friction on the sets of Kalki 2.
As a result, the filmmakers are reportedly considering replacing her. However, neither Deepika nor the Kalki 2 team has released an official statement on the matter.
Earlier, her exit from Spirit was attributed to disputes over remuneration and allegations of unprofessional conduct.
