Cricketer Shikhar Dhawan has purchased a luxury apartment worth nearly ₹69 crore in DLF’s ultra-premium residential project ‘The Camellias’ on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, according to real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix.
As per the registered sale agreement dated February 4, 2025, Dhawan acquired a 6,040 sq. ft. apartment.
The property’s base price is ₹65.61 crore, with an additional ₹3.28 crore paid as stamp duty, bringing the total transaction value to approximately ₹69 crore.
In October last year, veteran India opener Dhawan announced his retirement from all forms of cricket.
In August last year, DLF launched a 17-acre housing project 'The Dahlias' at DLF Phase 5 in Gurugram, Haryana comprising 420 apartments and penthouses.
This project is the second ultra-luxury offering from DLF after the successful delivery of 'The Camellias' at the same location.
DLF expects to generate around ₹35,000 crore in total revenue from this super-luxury housing project.
